Just what the title says. Put about 5 hours in today and the game locked up on me 3 times right at the beginning of a loading screen. I can't access the guide to quit to the dash either, gotta hard reset the system. Just an FYI. Loving it so far!<3

Just went to save and take a break for a bit and guess what? Game locked up. =(

Having a similar problem. It froze once and now I cant get past the loading screen upon hitting resume. The coffee's steaming and the loader icon rotating... for the past 30min

I am having the same problem it will not get past the loading screen as well.

I am also having this problem as well the loading symbol in the bottom right of the screen stops spinning and it hard locks the only thing i can do is reset my console the guide button is unresponsive. This is the fourth time it has happened it happened 3 times in the mission to rescue the krogan female then the fourth time it worked it seems to only happen on transitions so on loading screens i mean. Is there any fix for this? i have the game installed to my external 360 HD so im not playing off of the discs.very annoying kinda spoiling an awesome game.

locked up again this time while trying to enter the firing range in the specter office on the citadel

This has happened to me three times, each after playing for a few hours. After the first time I figured it was just overloaded from playing for so long, but I installed the disc to the HD and it's still happening.

same problem locking up and not even loading saves now made a new char with same import and wont even start the game this is getting really annoying yesterday kept locking up on load screens on the mars mission gonna try disconecting kinect and see if that helps

it locked up on me during a load screen in the citadel now game wont even launch gives me a black screen every time!

in 3 hours of playing never happened to me but happened a lot of time to friends of mine; someone stopped playing because of continuous freeze...
please fix it!

Yeap, happens all the time, shoddy manufacturing on Biowares part.

It happens to me only on disk 2 in the citadel trying to go into the shooting range.

Yea happened to me 5 times so far hard reset is only way to correct it.

Ditto - so far my freezes have only been temporary, almost always after cut scenes, extended dialogue, or loading a new part of a mission, and the game has eventually progressed, but this is really inhibiting the enjoyment of the game. Hopefully it will be addressed by bioware along with the other issues that have been noted.
