same used extra funds I had in my account to purchase one and recieved nothing even though it still took the funds just keeps saying "one or more of your purchases failed to process. If this error continues, please contact customer support"

The same thing happened to me after I bought a few, but I managed to fix it. I quit the game, logged out, then logged back in. Opened the multiplayer and they popped up.
