I bought enough points for both the shale DL and the wardens keep, everything went smooth, I bought wardens keep, the download thingy was taking a long time to start, so i exited dragonage, booted it back up, saw warden's keep and shale are still for sale, it took the points away, but it hasnt installed anything. Now when i click to buy either of them it says "Sorry, Your request could not be completed at this time"
Having problems with DLC not working.

Yes. Warden's Keep, Blood Dragon Armor, and The Stone Prisoner are all listed there. I assume if i can see them then thats what you mean. I remember stone prisoner came with my game, but i used the code before i registered, so i figured i fudged that up. Also I did do blood dragon armor, but that never showed up anywhere, in my installed content tab ingame i only have the 3 mods im using.

Okay well they're attached to your account then. After you log in it should download and install them, where exactly does it go wrong? Do they not show up on any of the tabs?

Haha, lucky, I've got SP in my list of downloads on Social.Bioware, but when I go into the game SP isn't even in available content
It's on PSN but not available content... Wonder when that'll be fixed.

You've bought it, it's attached to your account. It should move to the downloading tab as soon as you log in.
Are you sure you're logging in with the same account as here?

Sure am, same email address. I found on the unofficial guide a potential fix, but i dont know how to get to the "chat" option.......PadForce wrote...
If you are having trouble with content you are entitled to still being listed as requiring purchase follow the link in the troubleshooting guide to technical support, select the chat option, wait to be connected and then they credit the item to your account.
I had this problem and am now downloading the relevant adventure............
I cant find where he is saying to go though
