I activated a collector's edition code and it doesn't let me use the robotic dog or get the soundtrack

Oh yeah I'm having the same issue I don't see the dog or the elite N7 gear with the collectors' edition. Are they suppose to appear under registered game content? I don't see them

I didn't see the guns under registered content but I know i have them in-game

I see now. Hm, but where is the dog? weird. maybe a certain progression in game? the Sound track I also don't see

I know the dog is in the shuttle bay on the floor but it wont turn on and as for the soundtrack IDK
ps did you check the game for the guns
