I just recently contacted Origin Support since I have yet to recieve any Pre-Order bonus code(For the shotgun/assault rifle) and was told by Origin Support that the pre-order bonus's are NOT available for the non-Deluxe edition versions of Mass Effect 3 as the reason why these are not available for me(I purchased the Standard Edition from Origin). This is really supprising and seems like completely false advertising on the Origin site that clearly showed the 2 weapon bonus's being available from pre-ordering any version of Mass Effect 3.
Anyone know if this is true or does Origin Support have no idea?

Well I pre-ordered Standard Edition in EU Region 2, waiting for the game to be unlocked on 9th March, game is pre-loaded but no signs of pre-order bonuses - N7 Defender Armor, N7 Valkyrie Assault Rifle, M55 Argus Assault Rifle, AT12 Raider Shotgun and KOA:Reconing DLC. I also got Indra sniper rifle and purchased From Ashes. Up-to-date the list of dlc bonuses don't match and are incomplete in Origin and BSN for me...
