 I had purchased a number of the Veteran and Spectre kits. Had unlocked about 5 gold weapons along with a number of the basic ones. Also had 2 to 3 mods per weapon type. Along with several customization and kit unlocks.
Then whilst playing it gave me a second starter pack. This meaning I had already gotten said pack earlier in the day. I used it didn't see any problem until the match ended.
This is when I noticed everything bought with USD or not was gone. Only my levels stayed. Being that it's real money I've spent on alot of this. An I cant even find a customer support email address for EA. I'm posting here so any help would be appreciated.

*bump* Anyone read anything any where about this? Most I could find was a vague mention on EA Help. But no eta to a fix or possible refund if the items are cant be restored.

I spent a ton of Microsoft Points on Spectre Packs only to have the same thing happen to me. classes relocked, lost all my weapons, rares, mods and credits.

i've had the same issue as well. this was actually from bioware points which and all of the unlocks are gone. can anyone help out with this?

Some players are experiencing an issue where kits they have unlocked in multplayer are becoming locked again (eg. Alien kits, weapons, mods, etc).

You can reduce your chances of this happening by:

• avoiding going into the Store while 'Ready' for a multiplayer match. It's best to un-ready yourself before you go to the store.
• not accepting invites while in the store/purchasing

We continue to investigate this issue and will update when we have more information. Thank you for your patience.

Of course, this isn't helpful AT ALL to those of us who've been hit by this. Like you, right now I've got no weapons, no mods, no supplies, no unlocks period. Thanks, EA/Bioware. Thanks a lot. At least some guarantee we'll get our stuff back would be nice.

Somthing similar happend to me too as well, i lost all my weapon amplifiers. i also noticed that it happens when you dont use them for a while, they like expire or somthing.
