No, she doesn't. I imported a save where my Shepard almost kissed her and she didn't mention anything about it.

No she doesn't. But she does say it takes a strong will to break free of indoctrination and few are able to do it. She's proud her daughter was able to. Foreshadowing.

Well Samara wasn't considered a full romance option in the second game anyway. But I'm surprised nothing was said at all.
