Got a tip for you guys. Since they made navigation to find people much harder on places such as Citadel... I have an easy way. Push down the shift sticks to open map... then use the triggers on controller to scroll the levels of map. That will list "Points of Interest". All of the people you could possibly need to talk to will be under the numbered location.
For people struggling to find NPC's on places like the Citadel
