If my image in the mirror would only look ALMOST like me, I'd be worried. I appreciate the effort, but seriously? Almost doesn't cut it, it simply isn't good enough when it comes to identity. I don't understand why they had to screw with it at all. In this case, continuity and cosistency should have priority over whatever "improvements" designers come up with.

No it really does work. Here's what I did. I followed the instructions in the link I provided to figure out all the slider values and everything. Then I created a brand new ME2 commander Shepard using those values. The new Shepard looked exactly like my original ME2 Shepard. The new face code should be able to copy and paste into ME3 when you choose to create a custom face for your imported Shepard. I think it has to do with imported a character from ME1 into ME2, the face code didn't generate properly or something. When you create a new face from scratch it seems to work.

I've just installed it. Tried to recreate it through face codes, but in my case it doesn't work. My Shep from that code is totally different. Not only skin tone or hair color - he has a totally different head shape...

I am not playing as him - I'll wait for a patch I believe. And while doing so - I'll play multiplayer. It's pathetic to force us to play multilayer in order to increase our chances in singleplayer, but right now I don't have anything better to do, so I can spare my time for multi. I only hope they'll fix it soon.
