Hey there I recently spent a significant sum of microsoft points on Spectre Packs in game.

Shortly after failing a mission the N7 Ops screen popped up and then sent me to the store. I saw the Starter Pack and Battlefield 3 Pack in the store. I had already used these before.

Now all of my multiplayer gear is gone! My character levels have stayed the same but no weapons, mods, equipment. Also I can use my Salarian Infilitrator because that was the last character I had been playing, however on the screen it shows the Salarian Infilitrator as LOCKED. 

I had quite a bit of great items unlocked at the time and I also bought quite a few packs with my own earned credits.

Need to get to the bottom of this please let me know if you need any more info.

I think this is what happened to me. For anyone who reads this you may want to avoid going to the "Store" while you have your character set to "Ready"

Anyone else who has this problem make it known here on this thread so we can get it fixed. This is crazy!

Same thing happened to me had some nice stuff and now its all gone bought 5 packs
