Hi. I bought a USED copy of MS2 in Europe (Germany), but I play it in my US PSN account. Yesterday I bought the Cerberus pack. I downloaded it, installed it, but nothing appears in game (no new armor in my cabin, for example). I go to the Menu, Downloadable Content, it takes me to the PSN store: no content there. I contacted EA - they told me to talk to PSN. I called PSN, they told me to contact EA.
My game is registered with Bioware/Origin account.
Help, please.
No Cerberus pack content, never had code.

If I am reading correctly, you need to have a US copy of ME2, to have the DLC work with it. I'm pretty sure DLC is region locked.

Yeah, after so many days talking to many different EA agents, I've reached the same conclusion you have - but I don't think EA has.

Sorry to hear that bro... perhaps you can get an exchange for your copy of the game. I'd rather you do that, since getting a refund from the Playstation Store/Bioware is more of a hassle.
