 I pre-ordered the collector's edition a couple weeks ago from Target.com. I checked the website today and found out it was on back order with an estimated wait of 2-4 WEEKS. What I want to know is if I cancel that and order the Digital Delux version from somewhere like Gamestop or Origin will I still get all of the same extras or will I miss out since it is no longer "Pre-ordered"?

You obviously won't get whatever pre-order bonus that Target has, but you'll still get the same content, it's just digital not physical.
