During the earlier parts of the mars mission, the team arrives at one side of a tram station at first overrun by Cerberus troops. In a second floor room is the console one must access to continue the level (interacting starts Ashley talking about tricking Cereberus into bringing the tram back to them).

When I got to the station I took out the Cereberus folks in the middle, and seeing that the room with the objective was also full of Cerby troops I decided to look around. While on the raised platform just below the window of the room with my objective I looked up and noticed the interract icon. I pushed the button and was surprised when the cutscene started. I wasn't in the room, and I hadn't killed the Cerberus troops. I was only a little bummed wondering if I'd missed out on some experience for clearing the room.

Other than that, just the small thing were I skipped a room of combat by accessing the terminal through the floor/wall. XD
