I preordered from gamestop.com back in July, but it got screwed up- the credit card I used was canceled and I didn't realize I had to change that number til today! and I may never get it now.
I can of course get the collectors edition from amazon- but that doesn't include the pre-order bonuses!
For fans that may have lost out on the pre order bonuses- does bioware ever plan on making them available via paid dlc in the future?
Will the N7 Warfare Gear ever be DLC in the future?

It's possible, but I haven't seen Bioware do it before. Other companies have. *cough*EPIC*cough*
Just depends on demand, I suppose.

Not sure......
But knowing EA they would probably see this as an opportunity to make more money.

Given that Mass Effect 2 is over two years old and they never released the Terminus DLC publicly, I wouldn't hold my breath.
Bioware doesn't give a darn about supporting fans looking to get a complete experience, even when they're willing to pay for it. Strange as it may seem that EA would pass up an opportunity to fleece fans some more.
And before someone Bioware rep tries to chide me, I challenge you to justify the rational behind not releasing the Terminus DLC or CE exclusive content now that they've long, long outlived their usefulness as purchase incentives.

I hope they do. I didnt pre-order and I would pay for a dlc package that included the special weapons and armor

I didnt pre-order either, and like Rendar I would shell out a few bucks for the package. Here is to wishful thinking!

The N7 warfare gear is just so pointless, i have not used any N7 weaponry since trying them all out once. The entire CE is pointless. The only thing interesting is the artbook.
I still have not figured out what the dog does yet, anyone know?

The N7 gear is terrible. I used it once, then switched to the normal weapons.

In ME2, just about all the preorder bonuses were available in special packs for the PS. but for xbox&pc most have not seen been again, though some like the incisor and inferno armor were joined to the various weapons packs. The N7 weapons are only slightly better versions of weapons allready in the game, and if they follow the trend of ME2&DA2 the DLC armor and weapons will be vastly OP so there's that...
valiant: slightly better version of the viper.
vakyrie: A jack of all trades, overall performence probably best in the game. but its basically just a supped up avenger, it even says so in the description.
hurricane: all smg's suck, but hurricane takes the cake by the fact that it cant hit the broad side of a brute...
Eagle: basically a smg. no punch, and monster recoil...
crusader: the jewel of the bunch. a shutgon that can be used in long range. has great burst dmg, and u can do headshots in longe range, unlike most shotguns that become almost useless in medium range. still grell and plasma have a better balance of accuracy/damage.

Hurricane with stab mod + ammo is a beast, Valiant is miles ahead of the Viper, its almost like a BW-lite.

If you're on PC you can upgrade to CE on Origin.
You'll get N7 armour, Hurricane (beast), Crusader, Eagle, and Valiant.
If you're talking about the Raider, Argus, and N7 Valkryie, you need to buy the following DLCs:
-Leviathan (Raider+Argus)
-Omega (Valkryie)

I had the same problem and needed to contact customer support for them to fix my account for I had too many entitlements for Mass Effect 3.
