Vote, if it matters. Haven't tried the "cinematic mod" yet, but from i've read, it's not really satisfying as the grain remains "still", "static", so yeah, pretty please make it available as an option.
Yeah, afaik it's impossible to implement the moving film grain without a newer version of ENB :C
Also, the film grain shader is definitely still in the game. In the interviews with Allers, you see there is a grain effect combined with some contrast & vingnette filter. So I really don't understand why it's not an option...

Some people liked it, and they should have that option.

I don't really mind either way, but I can't imagine it being that difficult to impliment. People want it.
Anyway, maybe I'm wrong. Maybe implimenting the film gain effect is really expensive. I'm pretty much done with Mass Effect 3. I've saturated the game with 4 playthroughs. I've had a blast on multiplayer.
Unless there is some more DLC that amounts to more missions, I'm finished. Had fun. Can't wait for more Mass Effect. I know most people here are angry with extended cut, but I for one am quite satisified. Keep up the good work.
Like I said. Film grain is a good idea. But I'm not too fussed either way. If it's in great. If it's not, not really bothered.

It's not.
It doesn't fit there. And the grain doesn't look as though it's 'natural' to start with.

+1
I love film grain / hate DNR as much as the next cinephile, but video games are not shot on film - and yes, digital simulated grain neither looks organic nor is in any way stylistically pleasing.
That being said, as long as I can switch it off at will I don't mind the added option.

No for film grain! Yes for smooth images!
Film grain is a deficiency of a picture caused by poor-quality recording equipment (especially in the past).
