2nd terminal is bugged for me (Xbox 360). I step out of the elevator at the Docks Holding Area and I can see the terminal but the marker is actually behind the terminal through the glass window on the door. I've posted on the Mass Effect 3 twitter and they have replied saying the development team is looking into it...so frustrating that the quest is bugged and I don't want to progress in case I go past a certain point that renders the quest unfinishable.

Terminal 1: Saw it but decided to ignore it till much later, that's how I found myself into this mess with no saves far enough back to save me.

Ok guys this seems to be way more complicated then i thought....
For me the second terminal is also buggy and like some others here i saw the hit button for it behind the console. so i used the ghost mode to get behind the wall but the the hitbox behind the second terminal actually belongs to the door and is just ambient.
The hitbox for the terminal is nowhere to be found....

Same problem, PC user, couldn't use terminal 2 (one outside Hanar office).

I am having the same issue on the 360. Imported ME and ME2 data, DLC only Arrival and Shadow Broker. I got terminal 1, I don't remember if I got Terminal 2 or not but from what I gather Terminal 2 and 3 are both in the cargo area (one at the entrance and the other at the end of the cargo area).

I also think I have the Batarian priest side quest bugged also. I got the Item he needed scanning the planet but I can't give it to him.

I am at the last mission (Genophage cure) but am afraid to progress as it is the last mission in act one (I think) and don't know if it will break it permanently if I progress further.


Edit - I also get the terminal on the map, but no access to it (shows the terminal at the end of the cargo area)

XBOX 360 ME1 and ME2 imports, ALL DLC completed for both games. (Kasumi alive and loyal if ME2)

I've located all 3 terminals for this mission and after the third one is bypassed, you're supposed to go back to terminal 2. This is where my game is bugged. I can see the target behind Terminal 2, but its on an unreachable door. I've tried switching discs, rebooting multiple times, unistalled and reinstalling discs 1 and 2, but nothing seems to work. I'm hoping with all the people having this exact same problem, Bioware will fix it quickly. I have decided not to play ME3 again until it is fixed because I'm at the point of no return and if progress any further in the main story, this mission goes away.

Same problem for me! I cannot click the terminal and cannot continue the mission.

Any fix?
When the patch will be realesed?

Cant activate the first terminal, and i have kasumi and her loyalty all done my ME2 playthrough apparently i was supposed to click on it as soon as i had gotten the quest, that terminal next to where you can see the hanar at the earth embassy area of the citadel.

I have the Xbox 360 collectors edition with a save imported from ME1 through ME2 and Kasumi was loyal the terminal in the docks near the door glitched and I could only select the door behind. Would love for this to be fixed for my next playthrough since I am very far past this now.

Went back to the Normandy after the first terminal. And upon return to the Citadel: terminal 2 is inaccessible.
However It still shows up on the Citadel mapscreen.
