Could that first online pass have messed things up?
Is there a way past this?

Edit 11:53 AM EST - Turning the system off after downloading the DLC, turning it back on after a period of time, and then relaunching the game DOES RESYNC the BSN and XBL DLC licenses. I now have access to the soundtrack via the "Soundtrack" dropdown option nested under ME:3 on the top toolbar of the BSN website.

I wasn't able to download the soundtrack until after I turned the 360 off, turn it back and started ME3 again.
Thank you for the info - your experience mirrored mine.

edit: Yeah, that didn't seem to work for me. For those who did get to work, had you used ONLY the N7 edition online pass, or did any of you also use a standard edition pass before that?

I have the same issue... used a differnt pass first then the n7 pass later. I have the in game content, but I cannot register the game to get my soundtrack. I tried using the support link but the person over there wasn't helpful at all.
Same thing here. Support was more than "unhelpful". They seemed to be totally uninformed.

I was told they can't do anything for bioware and then they linked to a bioware site they'd linked to a few times in the chat that I said didn't work...

Ah, yes, "Can't do anything, please go bother BioWare". We've seen that claim. Over and over. Sometimes, its less like the person you're talking to is uninformed and more like they just don't want to help.

Alright, I'm trying starting mine up now, hopefully pays off for me, too.

I redeemed both the online pass and the DLC key.

? Which DLC key?
I'm thinking my problem is I have two online passes redeemed. First one from my roommates standard edition, then the one from my Collectors edition.
