How can I tell if my CE is registered?

Like others, I'm wanting to download the soundtrack, but going to the Soundtrack section it says I don't have the CE registered. I can think of one reason for this: My roommate got a copy at midnight release, and used his online pass on my gold account (he doesn't have live, so he uses mine for multiplayer). My CE came this afternoon, and I put in my online pass code, too, and registered the game here.

Could that first online pass have messed things up?

Is there a way past this?

I still haven't found a for sure way to know if you had your CE registered. I'm still trying to find my dog and the Elite N7 weapons, I really have no clue as the CE dlc haven't registered on my in game registered content. I'll keep an update if I do find it along my playthrough or perhaps its something else...?

I would like to know if it's just messed up or not, I entered the code online while installing to 360, and I have emails for all the CE stuff in-game, and the side recognizes I have it so I can post on the restricted boards, but I can't download the soundtrack

I have the same issue... used a differnt pass first then the n7 pass later. I have the in game content, but I cannot register the game to get my soundtrack. I tried using the support link but the person over there wasn't helpful at all.

I just redeemed my online pass and codes and I can't get the soundtrack either. This is utter bull. I used the online pass that came with my game and I should be getting the content but I'm not. Where is my stuff bioware?

I wasn't able to download the soundtrack until after I turned the 360 off, turn it back and started ME3 again.

No you have to wait for the 360 to download all the content to your system before restarting ME3 once that is all downloaded and the EA servers check your DLC then you have access to the soundtrack. That is how it works. I'm downloading it now.

Unfortunately the Collector's Edition content with the exception of "From Ashes" and the Normandy prop is under the same code as the Online Pass, and thus is most likely detected as the same thing when the servers are checking you downloadable content, so there is currently no method of being able to tell if the CE Edition is working properly other than "Mass Effect 3 Soundtrack" appearing in your registered game content section.

I'm having the same issue as everyone else - I'm turning my system back on after having downloaded all the DLC, but as of yet the I still don't have access to the soundtrack. BioWare and EA better remedy this and figure out a better licensing system for DLC cross platform. Opening up the game again to see if this helps at all.

Edit 11:53 AM EST - Turning the system off after downloading the DLC, turning it back on after a period of time, and then relaunching the game DOES RESYNC the BSN and XBL DLC licenses. I now have access to the soundtrack via the "Soundtrack" dropdown option nested under ME:3 on the top toolbar of the BSN website.

Thank you for the info - your experience mirrored mine.

It worked! Apparently it messed up cause the downloads were going while I was playing last night. Fired it up today and it resyncd and now I can download my soundtrack, yay :)

Alright, I'm trying starting mine up now, hopefully pays off for me, too.

edit: Yeah, that didn't seem to work for me. For those who did get to work, had you used ONLY the N7 edition online pass, or did any of you also use a standard edition pass before that?

Same thing here.  Support was more than "unhelpful".  They seemed to be totally uninformed.

I was told they can't do anything for bioware and then they linked to a bioware site they'd linked to a few times in the chat that I said didn't work...

Ah, yes, "Can't do anything, please go bother BioWare". We've seen that claim. Over and over. Sometimes, its less like the person you're talking to is uninformed and more like they just don't want to help.

I redeemed both the online pass and the DLC key.

? Which DLC key?

I'm thinking my problem is I have two online passes redeemed. First one from my roommates standard edition, then the one from my Collectors edition.
