I enter the code in ORIGIN and it automatically recognizes the 'N7 Warfare Gear' promo code which you get on a card from GameStop for having pre-ordered ME3.

Click NEXT only to see 'Product Key is not Valid'

Anyone else having this issue?

It SHOULD download automatically via Origin.

I'm not happy, I used the code and all I've gotten from Origin and redemption process on BSN, is that the code is not valid or is already in use. This seems to be a big time fail, I'm essentially not getting these items for having reserved the game.

I called the GameStop I got my game from and they gave me a new code and the new code worked. Try calling I guess.
