It won't let me, yet it still lists under Registered Game content how I have the KOA unlocks, and it says this:

Your ownership of Mass Effect 3 was not detected. You are most likely
logged in to the BioWare Social Network with a different account than
the one you are using to play Mass Effect 3. Go to Your Registered Game Content page for more troubleshooting instructions.

My account names haven't changed, I dont have Origin, etc, so, what am I missing?
