Most of you surely have already figured out that many of the Specializations for classes can be buyed for (much) Gold in the game. So, me think, that you use the book, you get the Specialization and it disappears.

Most of you also may know, that unlocked Specializations will be and stay unlocked for all of your games.
So they arent bound to your Savegame or Character( like the Achievement-Boni in Mass Effect).

So maybe you can buy such a book/tome and read it. And then you just reload your Prebuy-Savegame.

I hope it won't work, actually. Seems like a rather silly advantage.. and you know, ruins the whole 'I finally got the specialization!' feeling.

This might actually work. But you can also get the specializations through quests, if it is the amount of gold you would "waste" that's bothering you.

I understood the mechanic was finish the game with said specialisation to allow it to be used, not simply aquire it.
