Certain characters on the Normandy are simply vanished. Chakwas, Engineer Adams, Garrus are simply not there when the should be. The girl that replaced kelly is even telling me that Adams wants to talk to me in Engineering but he is not there.
Any help or insight would be GREATLY appreciated.

same there here, but I found them in the crew quarters opposite the ladies restroom. Adams and the doctor were there

I think they move around, I know Chakwas and Adams are in the Crew Quarters

They wander the ship. I love this feature. Found Garrus and Liara chatting it up in one of the lounges.

After looking in the crew quarters once, I never went back since I assumed it was just another useless room like it was back in ME2.
Good to know they're actually making use of it, even if it almost convinced me my game was bugged when Chakwas and Adams vanished...
