Anyone else having trouble recognizing their CE?

I picked up the CE today, and also had a pre-order code from gamestop for the 3 items they were giving out as pre-order bonuses.  When I got home I was able to input my pre-order codes (downloaded the pack, and installed it), inputted the code on the TOP (pass) and BOTTOM (fta dlc) of the sheet  inside the game - I downloaded the N7 Collectors edition online pass pack and From Ashes DLC - 2 codes, 2 DLCs.  Now, when I go and try to download my soundtrack, it's telling me that I don't have the collectors edition.  In addition, under registered game content, the only items I'm showing are the Reckoner Knight Armor, and Chakram Launcher - In addition to the From Ashes DLC I don't see ANYTHING pertaining to the Collectors edition OR my pre-ordered items.

What is this nonesense?

the exact same thing is happening to me. I have checked that my account sincronizes because i just played online and it updated the galaxy at war map on my profile.
Hope Bioware or someone can help.

now i can see the From ashes DLC in my registered game content. This happened after i redownloaded the n7 CE DLC restarted the game... maybe the servers are taking some time to recognize the CE content linked to each account??

anyways i'm on queue waiting to get in contact with an EA advisor via chat. If they give me a solution I will post it.

I just installed me CE, and the soundtrack is auto-downloading right now through Origin...

Same boat here, no Ashes DLC yet, Ive had a ticket into customer support since 2am. Fingers crossed. Good to know its not just me though.....

Yeah I'm wondering how to get the From Ashes thing. It says you enter the code into Origin itself, but I'm not sure where.

Click the gear icon near the top right. You'll get a drop down menu.
Select "redeem product code"
You'll get a pop up in origin, put in code and click next.
Done

Ok people quick update: i have the soundtrack, the guy on the chat enabled it after like 2 minutes after i told him about the problem. I accidentaly closed the window i had with the chat but i can confirm i'm donwloading it and the size is 691 mb, must be in flac format.
The guy just asked for the email that i had used to create my account and nothing more. Also I noticed that I have the soundtrack not only from the PS3 version but also from the 360 and PC which is weird but whatever i now have the content. 
So yeah try customer support, I didn't think it was going to be that easy.

I tried Customer Support and I'm downloading the soundtrack now. Pretty painless, surprisingly.

you have to go to 
http://help.ea.com/  then log in with your ea origin/bioware account and then just follow the steps there. You will have to wait sometime to get in contact with one person. I waited like 40 min.

I've been chatting with them for almost an hour an a half now. Got disconnected from the first one and had to go through the whole process with the second one. Guess it's a good thing I don't have to work today.

Same. I spent a good hour talking to a someone to only have them send me to a bunch of different links to see if my account was link to one another. He eventually just gave up it because he stopped talking to me and I got disconnected. Guess I'll try again and hopefully get someone that can help me.

Fellow Gamers,

I was also having issues procuring the digital soundtrack.  I advise you all to go to the EA Help Center and select the "Talk to a Game Advisor."  I waited about 10 minutes to chat with customer service and it was well worth it.  They fixed the issue within 5 minutes.  Take the time to do this and enjoy your soundtrack.

Been on the phone now for 52 minutes. They said my ONline Pass was invalid despite the fact that it worked.

I'm having a similar problem... The From Ashes DLC is showing on my account, and I downloaded the Online Pass/DLC from PSN, but on the main menu it's still telling me that I need to redeem my Online Pass. 
EDIT: Restarted the game and now it's all working.

Finally got it to work. 2nd time talking to an EA advisor and informed him I activated my online pass and downloaded the N7 CE from the PSN and installed it, just it wasn't showing up the website. They asked for my email/PSN name and verified that I did indeed have it. They fixed it and I'm downloading now.

Hopefully this helps others who are having this issue.
