One (after I explained the problem for the third time) just said, "I'm sorry." Then he was quiet for a couple of minutes before asking AGAIN: "Where did you buy the game?"
Me: "Best Buy."
EA: "Contact Best Buy and get a new code."
Me: "What!?" DISCONNECT
I'm waiting to connect with another right now...

One thing that ticked me off is all the copy paste. i understand its faster but if i wanted to do a step by step id google it.

They asked for my email/PSN name and verified that I did indeed have it. They fixed it and I'm downloading now.
Hopefully this helps others who are having this issue.

Given how many people are affected, they should fix the problem asap. If they can't, they should provide a form with information needed for the EA support to check and provide a solution without having to explain to a rep a problem they're aware about.

Can we have an official statement on that and also a fix, other than individually nagging EA support about it?
It is also very disappointing that no physical soundtrack CD was included in the Collector's Edition.

This is getting ridiculous. Why can't there be a general solution for all of us? No Mass Effect 2 or Mass Effect 3 content shows up for PS3 in the registered game content list except for "From Ashes". And I can't still download the soundtrack.

This happened to me as well. I have re-entered my N7 CE online pass code and installed it again (PS3) and still no CE recognition on BSN or the soundtrack. My two attempts at EA Live Chat ended with the following 'solutions': 1. Go back to your retailer, and 2. Play multi-player. This shouldn't be this hard. There are too many piecemeal solutions. Some work, some don't. All there has been is a lot of frustration when all we should be talking about is our experiences playing the game, not how many problems were are having with something that should have been over and done with days ago.
~UPDATE~
I contacted customer support again using the call back option. In about five minutes I got a call. I explained the situation to the agent, who was extremely helpful and attentive. Since I did not purchase the game directly from EA, they needed proof that I had bought the CE. So I took a picture containing the following: my receipt showing that I did buy the CE, the game disc showing that it was the CE disc, the card with the Online Pass code, and the CE box cover. I opened up a new case on the help site and attached the file of my photo. The agent opened the new case file, had her manager look it over, and they manually added the access codes to my BSN account. The soundtrack now shows up in my registered content (as PS3, Xbox, and PC), and I am now downloading the soundtrack. I highly recommend that if anyone has been having a lot of trouble with this issue, take the steps I did. Hopefully you will have the same success!
