I managed to get the soundtracks thanks to Larry S.! I recommend you all to contact an EA advisor via chat.

Nice to see I too am not the only one. I have the exact same problem, and STILL do! And customer support hasn't been any help. You should see the chat logs I have... the conversations are completely ridiculous.
One (after I explained the problem for the third time) just said, "I'm sorry." Then he was quiet for a couple of minutes before asking AGAIN: "Where did you buy the game?"
Me: "Best Buy."
EA: "Contact Best Buy and get a new code."
Me: "What!?" DISCONNECT

I'm waiting to connect with another right now...

Really frustrating since the Soundtrack was a big reason why I bought the Collector's Edition.

Yea, best thing to do is to live chat with ea. It took awhile for them to connect with me but only about 15 minutes to solve the problem.

FINALY i got mine to work. mine wouldnt even register! Live chat seems to be the best way. the first one i had almost made me delete all my dlc and such which with my router would have been 4 hours of time wasted. If your lucky to get Maneesh: your all set they helped me!

One thing that ticked me off is all the copy paste. i understand its faster but if i wanted to do a step by step id google it.

Sweetness, I took your advice and gave the live chat advisor another shot and he unlocked it for me :) I was super stoked, at least some ppl at EA know what they are doing...

I chatted LIVE with an EA representant and after a lot of trial and error he told me he will pass me along to a higher power of some sort and they will get back to me. I am tired of this.

This is ridiculous, we shouldn't have to go through the trouble of contacting EA support.
Given how many people are affected, they should fix the problem asap. If they can't, they should provide a form with information needed for the EA support to check and provide a solution without having to explain to a rep a problem they're aware about.

I have the same problem. Only "From Ashes" shows up under the registered game content. I can't download the soundtrack and I cannot see any CE items in the list.

Can we have an official statement on that and also a fix, other than individually nagging EA support about it?

It is also very disappointing that no physical soundtrack CD was included in the Collector's Edition.

I have the same problem bought physical Mass Effect Collector's Edition through gamestop, input my Online Pass, DLC code and Gamestop codes, and registered my game here. Now I have "Ashes" DLC, but no Soundtrack. - Says I havn't registered a Collectors Edition...but it linked to my PSN Acct. Now waiting for return e-mail...unfortunately at work and cant' sit through a chat session right now.

I too am having the same problem, CE, online pass activated, have been playing multiplayer, but claims I do not have CE so cannot download soundtrack, Sucks, waitign for a reply to my request via ea.help.

I had the same problem as everyone else here...my "From Ashes" DLC shows up but nothing else. I did the live chat last night and waited 45 minutes for someone to help me, but once I started the chat all they needed was my Origin email address and within 10 minutes it showed up and I was able to download it. It seems like some people are having luck with chat, others aren't. I would say give it a try if you can.

Yeah, it seems to be hit & miss with the online chat support. I seemed to have been lucky. I explained the problem to the rep, she requested by PSN ID, and after a couple of checks, she fixed things so that my Online Pass and soundtrack appeared in my Registered Content list.

All I can say is that if you have no luck with one rep, re-queue and try again. What a pain. :(

Having the same issue, but online chat is useless. No content from Mass Effect 2 or 3 is showing up as registered for ps3, but all my xbox items are. I've been chatting with EA tech support for a while now.

This is a lesson in frustration. The first EA chat support guy just disconnected after I stated my problem. The second fiddled around for half an hour and told me then that their "tool" is not working right now.

This is getting ridiculous. Why can't there be a general solution for all of us? No Mass Effect 2 or Mass Effect 3 content shows up for PS3 in the registered game content list except for "From Ashes". And I can't still download the soundtrack.

I contacted Support and was told the tool is down as well. Kind of a waste of my time, I was told to try again in 4-5 hours.

I had exactly the same problem,I re-entered the CE code and re downloaded the CE pack.....installed and everything seems to now work.......however my CE is still not registered as the CE on this site,so I can't download the soundtrack,emailed EA last night,yet to get a response??

Other than what I stated above,all I have done is turned my PS3 on/off and everything now seems to have kicked in,access to all content and CE has been recognised on this site,even codes from Amazon have been mailed promptly.Very happy.

This happened to me as well. I have re-entered my N7 CE online pass code and installed it again (PS3) and still no CE recognition on BSN or the soundtrack. My two attempts at EA Live Chat ended with the following 'solutions': 1. Go back to your retailer, and 2. Play multi-player. This shouldn't be this hard. There are too many piecemeal solutions. Some work, some don't. All there has been is a lot of frustration when all we should be talking about is our experiences playing the game, not how many problems were are having with something that should have been over and done with days ago.

~UPDATE~

I contacted customer support again using the call back option. In about five minutes I got a call. I explained the situation to the agent, who was extremely helpful and attentive. Since I did not purchase the game directly from EA, they needed proof that I had bought the CE. So I took a picture containing the following: my receipt showing that I did buy the CE, the game disc showing that it was the CE disc, the card with the Online Pass code, and the CE box cover. I opened up a new case on the help site and attached the file of my photo. The agent opened the new case file, had her manager look it over, and they manually added the access codes to my BSN account. The soundtrack now shows up in my registered content (as PS3, Xbox, and PC), and I am now downloading the soundtrack. I highly recommend that if anyone has been having a lot of trouble with this issue, take the steps I did. Hopefully you will have the same success!
