On my last playthough of ME2 I made two different saves (on the same playthough), one where I stayed loyal to my ME1 LI and one where I romanced Garrus. On my first playthough of ME3 I wanted to be loyal to Kaidan, so when I went to import my ME2 Shepard I chose the one that said on the list "Did not romance anyone in ME2".

6 hours into the game I get into a conversation with Kaidan and he asks about me and Garrus even tho I chose the save I didnt romance Garrus. 

Any idea on why this happened or how I can fix? Will it mess up my chances on getting with Kaidan on this playthough? Do I have to do something to my save to fix and restart my game from the beginning? Did I do the ME2 saves wrong? Do I have to be single before the suicide mission for it to work rather then breaking it off after? (I was going to do the first but the conversation options were the same as before the suicide mission and the picture of Kaidan appeared back on my desk after I tested it)


EDIT:

I ended up redoing the suicide mission on ME2  and saving it again, then moved all the other saved that were in the foulder to another and restarted the game from the start. Seemed to work. Sucks I had to start over again but meh

I tried to contact someone in support and they told me they couldnt help me with this issue and to post here :<

Also to note, Garrus didnt seem to act as if we were in a relationship when I talked to him.. although I haven't had him for long so I cant be sure. I dont want to advance any farther in my game if I end up having to do something with my ME2 save and start over to make Kaidan not think I cheated on him when I didnt on the save I chose to import ~_~
