Well i think its safe to say BioWare trolled the hell outta the tali followers!.

I thought that it was the voice actor that they put in the picture, so I actually didn't mind and thought it was a nice touch. To find out that it's not the voice actor.....WTF!?!??!?!?!?!?!??!?!?!?

I am glad they showed her face, and I like the way she looks. I am sad they didn't spend more time on it or show it in game as a 3D model. I didn't think we would get to see her face though, so i'm just looking at it as a bonus.

Eh is it really any different then specifically hiring an actress, taking her picture, and photoshopping that into a tali picture? i guess you could argue they could have actually shown her face in person rather than a picture, but Im fine with the picture we have. She's cute, her personality is still adorable, all is fine IMO.

Another thing, is that they seemed to intentionally make it very human-like. Ever since Miranda in ME2, it seems like every female in the Mass Effect universe has massive cleavage or no bra, and this is honestly the most sexualization they can do with Tali.

I believe it had been established in the lore that Quarians overall look very similar to humans other than the ears, so its not like they suddenlly just did that to sexualize her.

I believe it was implied it happened on Rannoch, where while dangerous, isnt quite the same as going suitless on a non-Quarian world.

The thing I find hilarious is that this is so lazily done that the part where they crappily photoshopped her hand they just stick Shep's thumb over it to cover it up.

Tali was a huge character and was really well acted/scripted. How they could think NOT showing a Quarian after the constant teases would be acceptable. Honestly one of the bigger reveals in ME3 and im just flat out disappointed in the 10 minute photoshop mockup instead of some kind of model or CGI cutscene. Hell they didn't even need to make it related to a Tali/Shep romance. Just post Geth/Quarian battle on Rannoch show (in game) a slew of Quarians removing their helmets and defiantly breathing the slightly damaging air of their now reclaimed homeworld.

... and then the endings.

I'm so very dissatisfied with bioware. I had faith that the studio that gave us the turians, the salarians, the krogan and other great alien designs would come up with something nice for tali, or at least the quarians. I had constantly bragged to others in the tali threads how we shouldn't worry, they would do her justice. After all, bioware can be pretty damn creative.

What do we get? A poor photoshop of a public domain women that makes quarians into humans with weird hands and chicken feet.

I'm so very disappointed. I'm sure bioware meant well, but this feels like an insult.

I think that moon photo has nothing to do with the one you claim it is copied from.
As for Tali, I don't know why they revealed the face. There is no way they could have come out well from it. Too maany people with too different tastes, if it is not a stock photo (btw, it is very pretty and beautifully done. It fits Tali imho in more then one aspect, the background adds a whole lot to the thematic of her), then it is.. why does she have long hair, why does she look human, she is too fat, too skinny whatever. Because tastes and imaginations vary that much. I expected her to be less pretty. So what? You might as well just enjoy it instead of raging about something that has nothing to do with in game experience.
