Upgraded Normandy war assets?

 I imported a ME2 save that had the upgraded Normandy (cannon, shield, and armor). But I didn't get them as war assets.  Is there something I'm doing wrong or did the save not import correctly?

Look under The Normandy SR-2, It will say Updated.

Yup, that's the maximum. There is a Wiki for such things, you don't have to revive 7 months old treads.
