 I've just installed ME3, and it's fun and all, but every single time I move my mouse it gets extremely choppy. I can lower the graphics by ANY amount, lower the resolution, turn off the antialiasing and dynamic shadows, and it does not help. I tinkered with the mouse settings too, but to no avail.

This effect is seem anywhere while the game is actually running. In game, during a cutscene, even on the main menu of the game. It is very crippling. Does anybody know what this is or how to fix it? The game runs perfectly fine when I'm just running or shooting or even standing there, but the second I move my mouse it becomes choppy.

Try disabling Origin in-game overlay, worked for me.
