Just wondering, I'm 11 hours into the game, although for the most part i just focused on side missions and scanning and what-not. the last main story mission I just did was freeing the female krogan. how far am I from getting Tali back?
When does Tali come into play?

I can't recall correctly but it should be after you have the Cerberus attack on the Citadel, you can go and start the Geth/Quarian conflict.
How many hours in? I think it was around 11-12 hours for me.

After the Citadel mission when Ashley/Kaidan rejoins, you can start the Quarian/Geth story arc. Tali joins almost immediately after it begins, although you don't have to keep her once it's done. (and might not be able to, depending on your actions)
So after you finish the Genophage arc, you've got the Citadel mission (which is only one mission), then you get Tali.
