Hi. I got the collector's edition, which was supposed to include the "From Ashes" DLC. There's a card inside saying, "Enter the code below in Origin to unlock." But there's no apparent space in Origin in which to enter the code. I tried clicking on the "Downloadable Content" button in the game menu, and it just takes me to a page to buy the DLC, which I don't want to do because I'm supposed to already have it. So I checked the help center, and it says that there is a button to download the DLC if I click on the information button under the game. So I clicked on that, but no such button appears for the DLC. The only items listed there are "Mass Effect 3 Soundtrack" and "N7 Collector's Edition Materials." Does anyone know how to fix this?

Load up Origin. Click on the little "gear" icon and select "Redeem a Product Code". That's what I had to do for some of my DLC (pre-order bonuses).

Ah. That did the trick. For some reason, the gear icon wasn't doing anything when I clicked on it before, but it seems to be working now. Thanks, RaenImrahl!
