 I'm connected to the EA servers and can join into quick matches, but the Galaxy at War status has been unavailable for me on the main menu, single player, and multi-player all day. Anyone else having this problem?

Could someone from BioWare maybe look into this? Is this a widespread thing? I don't understand how I can be logged onto the EA servers, able to join multiplayer matches, but unable to access the Galaxy At War status.

I'm also having this problem.  I was able to access the multi-player last night, but the Galaxy at War status remains offline.  Is there a fix for this?

*bump* I'm still having problems getting Galaxy at War to load. I even activated my character here on the BioWare website. I was hoping that the new patch would fix this problems, but that's not the case. If someone has a fix, please post it here. I'm starting to get frustrated that this feature isn't working for me.

Have any of you tried changing your BSN password? That worked for someone I was exchanging PMs with.

patch 1.02 seem to have fixed the issue for me. When i access the war asset terminal in story mode it updates the same as if I was on MP.

The patch and the creation of a persona worked. If you are still having trouble, Jesse Reid posted a link somewhere where you can create a "persona" for your Mass Effect account.

@ kyle: I have changed my password recently, and my Galaxy at War map is still offline.  Thanks, though.  I hope that works for others.

I don't know what a "persona" is.  Is that a feature here on BSN? Or is that in game? Thank you for the suggestion.  I'm going to do some digging and see if I can figure this out.

Thank you very much, good sir! This fix worked for me.  I even managed to get up to 59% last night.  Thank you, thank you, thank you! Now I can finally get tip the odds of success in my favor.

Same issue as well (On ps3). Tried registering my game on here and synching my profile as well as disconnecting and reconnecting to the EA server in the main menu of the game.

Went to tha link Slyborg suggested created a persona and nothing. Does anyone have any other suggetions, they are greatly appreciated.

i have already created a persona account but it is still not working pls can somebody help and am i suppose to do something.
