Is anyone else having problems trying to purchase the DLC? I keep getting an error everytime I try and when I click continue down at the bottom after the error it just goes to a "oops page not found" link.

Hey dude! I have the same problem... :I don't know what's happening. I hope this can be fixed soon.

I can't found help in Bioware Social Network or through the Origin's FAQ.

This bug even gives a Error Code: NU2010.

Please, let me know how i can fix this.

I also get this same error. It's driving me crazy - I think it has something to do with the BioWare points being hosed on your account - when I try to add bioware points using the BW Social page, it brings me to a DA2 page with an error, and if I hit continue it takes me to ANOTHER page with the error that Origin gives (but it's not an origin page)

So I think the error is Origin passing along something that's ACTUALLY a Bioware problem.

Bioware, of course, has remained completely silent on this and offered NO help whatever about the issue on these forums, and Origin support is a complete joke. Thanks, guys! Great job!

bump - I got the same problem...keeps saying that I should go into "Downloadable Content" in the main menu and purchase it there...however, there is no such thing as "downloadable content" there... :-s

here is how i did it.
open origin
right click on the mass effect 3 icon under the "my games" tab
left click "show game details"
another screen will pop up, at the top right corner choose "shop for add-ons"
i got it right in there
