I've decided not to kill the General (Oraka?), and now I'm supposed to find some artifacts for the salarian shop guy. But where are the artifacts that he wants? And what is it that he is after? I haven't found many clues on it, so I'm wondering if there's anyone who can help me.

As said above, after you get that quest update, a new(3rd) cluster will be added to kite's nest where you can scan a planet to get the artifact required.
