Here are my recent efforts...

you: I'm sorry I was disconected a while ago from Live chat. I have been try to get all my Mass Effect ***** DLC transfered to this account from my old account.
you: We had established that my old account is ************************* (DOB is ********)
you: The DLC I want transfered is [Arrival]-[Shadow Broker]-[Firepower Pack]-[Aegis Pack]- [Overlord Pack]-[Kasumi - Stolen Memory]-[Recon Hood]- [Sentry Interface]-[Umbra Visor]- [Inferno Armor]-[Incisor Sniper Rifle]-[Blood Dragon Armor]
Poonam: Thanks for contacting EA Help! My name is
Poonam: how may I help you?
Poonam: I understand your concern. I will do my best to help you.
you: I was told this cannot be done as codes could not be generated for these. But according to this page on Bioware Social Network you should be able to provide this service for me. http://social.biowar...ge/account-help
Poonam:  Could you please provide me the email if linked to your account?
you: Old account is *************************.
you: And I want the DLC transferred to this account. (****************************)
you: The DLC is [Arrival]-[Shadow Broker]-[Firepower Pack]-[Aegis Pack]- [Overlord Pack]-[Kasumi - Stolen Memory]-[Recon Hood]-[Sentry Interface]-[Umbra Visor]- [Inferno Armor]-[Incisor Sniper Rifle]-[Blood Dragon Armor]
Poonam:Please allow me sometime to look into the issue .
you: Thank you
Poonam: I'm still looking into your issue. Thanks for your patience.
you: ok
Poonam: Thank you for waiting. I appreciate your patience.
you: k
Poonam: I have made some changes to your account. Please try to login social.bioware.com and check under profile my registered game content. I have added the DLC that I have.
you: ok
you: The DLC is not there only the Cerberus
Network DLC which was already done for me.
you: I wanted [Arrival]-[Shadow Broker]-[Firepower Pack]-[Aegis Pack]- [Overlord Pack]-[Kasumi - Stolen Memory]-[Recon Hood]-[Sentry Interface]-[Umbra Visor]- [Inferno Armor]-[Incisor Sniper Rifle]-[Blood Dragon Armor]
Poonam:  I wish I could help you with this, however you have to purchase these dlc's we cannot transfer them.
you: But it states here that you can do this. http://social.biowar...ge/account-help
you: I have read numerous threads on the EA forums and Bioware forums that this can be done after a lot of hassle(which I'm having), most times being successful after elevating to tier 2 support. If this what must be done please do so.
Poonam:  Let me check the link.
Poonam:  May I know the email id you are using to login to the bioware website?
you: My old one?
you: With the DLC on it?
Poonam: The account in which you are trying to see the DLC now.
you: *******************************
you: the same as my current origin account
Poonam: Please allow me some time to work on your issue.
you: thank you
Poonam: I'm still looking into your issue. Thanks for your patience.
you: ok
Poonam:  Please see the dlc in bioware.
you: looking now
Poonam:And  let me know if any added to my registered game content.
you: no it didn't add the DLC :(
Poonam: Here is the code for : DAO DLC Blood Dragon Armor PC: ***********************
Poonam: Please try this code and let me know if that works.
you: That is for Dragon Age. I want the Mass Effect 2 DLC transfered. From the list I gave you.
Poonam:  I wish I could help you with this, however we do not have dlc's for mass effect 2
Poonam:  And cannot be transferred to another account as well.
you: How can I get this done then? Why does it say on Bioware's website you can do this then? Can you elevate the issue?
you: The reason Why I had to get a new account in the first place because I was having purchasing problems trying to get Mass Effect 3 on my old account and was advised by an EA rep on the forums to create a new account so I could purchase it. And now I am trying to get all my DLC over to my new account.
you: I'm sorry, I do not want to sound impatient or angry but my patience is wearing thin on this issue.
Poonam: Due to the nature of the issue, I’ll need to forward the matter for further review.
Poonam:  One of our Senior Support staff members will review the matter and get back to you, via e-mail, within 24-48 hours.
Poonam: Meanwhile, we thank you for your continued patience.
you: Thank you for trying to help anyway.
Poonam: Welcome!
Poonam: Thank you for contacting EA. Is there anything else I can help you with today?
you: No thats is it I guess.
info: Your chat transcript will be sent to ******************* at the end of your chat session.
Poonam: If you need help with anything else, please feel free to contact us anytime!
Poonam: I appreciate your time. Have a great day.
Poonam:  Bye and take care!

It has been 3 days now. I'm tearing my hair out. At least it has been elevated.

damn i feel sorry for force :S i also went through 5 circles of hell ( 5 days ) to get my issue sorted. What is really disturbing, is the amount of bat**** insane "innovations" EA has started to sneak into their games for the sake of protection, but then they **** it up and customers end up spending a week of their own time fighting to circumvent it -,.,-

Attempt 1 with Heisnam after a 30 minute wait.

He/she asks me if I meant I wanted to specifically merge accounts.

I say yes, that's what I mean. He simply says that he is sorry but that accounts cannot be merged and games cannot be moved and ends the chat session without allowing me to say anything further.

Tell them you won't give up? I wish. You don't get the chance.

Attempt 2 with Vikas after a 34 minute wait.

Same deal. UNABLE TO MOVE A GAME FROM ONE ACCOUNT TO ANOTHER. Abruptly ends chat.

I hope these people burn in hell. I'm glad there's no word from BioWare on the matter as well.

On the 5th try, the guy disabled ME3 on my one account. Said he would move it to this account. Did and then ended the chat.

Thought I was good to go. Tried to play. Found that my ME3 was now deactivated and the product key issued was invalid and the old one was disabled. Time to go back on the carousel since my ME3 is now unplayable on either Origin account.

That is strange. I had some similar issue earlier until I realized I had to re-enter the new key I got issued, then it started working.

When I tried to enter the new key, it tells me "The product key entered cannot be used to activate this game."

So I talked to a new support guy. They gave me yet another key. Same deal. So stuck with an unplayable ME3 ):

Origin is obviously poorly constructed.

that being said, DRM in general just doesn't work that well, with the exception of Steam, and even then its not perfect.

With the cracked version of Skyrim turning out slightly less buggy and the issues i'm running into right now, I feel like TPB would have been the better choice for getting the game than Gamestop.

this is absolute bull. I am in the same boat.

I want to change the EA/bioware account that my PSN account is associated with.

I also have games and DLC spread over 3 EA/Origin/Bioware accounts and I want them all consolidated to a single account and support refuses to help me. this is bull.

That said, can you change the e-mail on your Origin account?
https://www.ea.com/profile

I have an edit button for mine. Try changing it to what you use to log into BioWare Social Network.

Will this even work? EA support has been so useless that I'm really tempted to try it, but I thought I recalled hearing that you cannot have two EA accounts registered to the same email address.

TheKillerAngel, they're doing the same thing to me with the date of birth. Look at this:

Brijesh: Thanks for contacting EA Help! My name is Brijesh how may I help you?
me: I would like to ask, for the third time, to have two EA Origins accounts merged.
me: Now, before you tell me that that is impossible, please look at this, which states quite clearly that it is possible: https://help.ea.com/...s?showhome=true
Brijesh: May I please have your first and last name to update our database?
me: Oh my God. You'll actually do this for me? You're not going to tell me that it's impossible?
Brijesh: Please be informed that its not possible to merge two accounts .
me: Damn it Brijesh! Yes! Yes it is! Did you read the damn page I just gave you? It says point blank that it is possible! It's a page on the EA site! EA is saying it is possible!
me: And look at this, a webpage on the BSN talking about how people are being told that it is possible by BioWare but running into problems with EA support: http://social.biowar...index/9669290/1
Brijesh: Please tell me what exact issue you are facing with the mass effect account .
me: Okay. Right. Sorry. My problem is that I post on the BSN with a different account than I play ME3 with. I'd like to get ME3 registered to the account I post on the BSN with. This requires what BioWare describes as an "account merge."
Brijesh: Please provide me your code for the game and your Bioware account .
me: The BioWare account I post with is registered to the email address [insert email address 1]. I'm not sure what you mean by game code.
Brijesh: Your registration code for the game .
me: One moment.
Brijesh: Take your time
me: [gives serial number]
me: That is, assuming you meant the registration code located on the bar code of the game.
Brijesh: Please give me some time to retrieve your account in our database.
me: Sure thing.
Brijesh: The order number is not searchable with us .
me: You shouldn't even need the serial number to verify that I have the game. That's why I was confused when you asked for my "game code." I've already activated my online pass, you should be able to bring up my [insert email address 2] account and see ME3 on it.
Brijesh: Please give me some time to retrieve your account in our database.
Brijesh: Which platform (Xbox 360, PC, PS3) are you playing the game on?
me: xbox 360
Brijesh: Please provide me your gamer tag .
me: [gives gamertag]
Brijesh: Please give me some time to retrieve your account in our database.
me: Right.
Brijesh: The gamer tag is already linked with this account [insert email address 2] .
Brijesh: Do you want to transfer the gamer tag ?
me: If I do that, does that mean that I can register ME3 to my [insert email address 1] account?
Brijesh: Yes, you can get the gamer tag with this [insert email address 1] but for that you need to verify some of the account details .
me: All right. I'm a little nervous that this is going to result in some catastrophic failure resulting in me locked out of both accounts or something, but if this is what will work let's do it. What information do you need?
Brijesh: Please tell me date of  birth mentioned in the account [insert email address 2] ..
me: My DOB is 10/10/90. If the account asked me for my DOB, that's what I would've put.
Brijesh: Thank you for the Date. Actually, I need the date that was entered as your Birth Date, at the time of Account Registration.
me: I don't understand, Brijesh. My date of birth is always the same. It should be listed as October 10, 1990 regardless of when the account was registered.
Brijesh: I am afraid, the details provided do not match the ones in our database.
Brijesh: We ensure the best of the security for your account and follow strict guidelines to protect your account from people with unscrupulous intentions.
Brijesh: You can contact us again with the correct account details we would process the request .
me: Brijesh, look at this: http://social.biowar...index/9670698/2
me: It is another customer who experienced the same treatment: you kept claiming her DOB's didn't match.
me: Is it possible this is just a glitch that you maybe need to look into?
me: I mean, I know, what if this is all some nefarious plot by an online criminal who is posing as me in an attempt to merge two accounts that are already mine and make things a thousand times more convenient for me,
me: But really. Why would anyone in their right mind go to this much trouble. Identity thieves would've given up after the first two conversations I had with your people. It was that frustrating.
Brijesh: I am sorry , but its not possible .
Brijesh: I apologize for the inconvenience .
me: Oh for the love of God.
me: What do you need from me? The passwords to both accounts? I can provide these.
Brijesh: I am sorry , We just need the date of birth mentioned in the account .
me: You are seriously telling me that the end-all be-all "this is definitely my account" qualifier is my DOB? Something that anyone could find quite easily with a little investigation?
me: And my password, which only I know and which is not on public record, is meaningless?
Brijesh: I am sorry , but its not possible .
Brijesh: Thank you for contacting EA. Is there anything else I can help you with today?
me: Look, there is no reason why I would put a different DOB for these two separate accounts. I'm guessing that because the accounts were registered on different dates something is screwing with the DOB somehow.
Brijesh: I am sorry , but according to company policy its not possible to assist you further with the issue .
Brijesh: If you need help with anything else, please feel free to contact us anytime!
Brijesh: Thank you for contacting EA. I appreciate your time. Have a great day.
