Hello! I recently downloaded and completed the Amalur demo. I unlocked the Chakram Launcher in Mass Effect 3, but for some reason I didn't receive the Reckoner Knight Armor. I checked my registered game content on social.bioware.com and see that while I do have the Launcher for completing the whole 45 minute demo, I never received the armor that you're supposed to get upon first entering your EA account.
I tried re-opening the demo, (getting to a gameplay area) but nothing happened. What should (can, really) I do?
Received Chakram Launcher, no sign of Reckoner Knight Armor.

Is it listed in your Registered Game Content section ?
I know that you had to play the whole 45 minutes to get the Launcher. If you left the game before the timer expired you wouldn't get it.

I don't know what the issue could be - have you been playing while online? It could possibly be that it just hadn't downloaded when you started playing.

I'm pretty sure that's what happened: my WiFi must have crapped out after I started playing Amalur, but fixed itself by the end of the demo.
Does anyone know where I can request this item to be "unlocked" on my account? I mean, it's pretty obvious that I played the demo when you see that I have the Chakram Launcher.

My download for both don't even start even though it states in my registered game content that I have unlocked both.

I ended up having to play the Demo twice. First time, I got the Weapons, but no mention of Armor.
Second time, I got the armors.

I only get armor, not Chakram launcher. I follow its instruction, it does not say 45mins in order to receive launcher.

Go to help.ea.com, and click the link to "Talk to a Game Advisor" in the right hand rail. You'll eventually get connected to a rep via chat. They should be able to help you (though some are more helpful than others).Ploogle wrote...

@Ploogle : The EA Rep should be able to link the Armor to your EA account
On my "registered game content" it only showed the Armor bit not the Launcher. I spoke to the EA rep and 5mins later a page refresh and the launcher was associated with my EA/Bioware acc (I played the reckoning demo for the whole lenght of the Timer and tutorial).
