How can I reactivate power in this mission? I've cleared the map of all enemies and got to the power modules. It says I should reactivate power. How can I do it? I've tried shooting the power modules, using powers to them, even meleeing them. Any help?

There are two small latches that latch lockers shut, inside are the power generators. You have to stand near each one after activating after they turn on. I just did this and have a video uploading now with the footage!

When you shoot them open you have to aim directly at the lock.
