Bought Bioware points from Origin.

Notice platform does not specify PC. Purchase page has Xbox logo on it also. Bought points so I could buy Mark of the Assassin for Dragon Age II on Xbox 360 but after much research I've been told they are only used for PC and are therefore useless to me.

Anyone able to help? I've already contacted EA support twice who were unable to understand the issue and the Bioware moderator I spoke to said they would investigate but that was about 3 months ago.

There is an entirely separate POINTS forum to ask that in, but AFAIK, only EA Help can actually *do* anything for you.

Yeah, I posted in that forum and despite bumps it hasn't been responded to in 5 months.. that forum is not monitored. A moderator here said he could look into it, but they haven't responded in 3 months.
