After finishing the turian platoon mission on Tuchanka, I did 3 N7 missions (I didn't think they counted towards the timer), after which I got a e-mail from Wrex saying the bomb went off and a lot of Krogan died. So when I go to talk to him I'm suprised to find him having nothing new to say, then I go to the galaxy map and the mission is still available! How should I be able to still complete this mission after I got that message!?

I have the same problem, because my third N7 mission was *on* Tuchanka. Now my game is in a very weird state, where the game thinks both possible outcomes happened (and for added fun, my Galaxy at War state gets confused on that save and periodically registers as 0%). Seems like the only way to fix is to reload from a ways back.
