on 6 march when realesed ME3 i launch and enjoy this game. I tried to check the error through which you can hack the credits in multiplayer. succeeded. I just wrote about it in help.ea.com (case 03150240 03/06/2012). And day after i was banned by bioware and can play game at all.
EA support give me this link how only way to connect with you.
I find bug. Try to help. And now I banned.

No, that not is my fault. Becouse this problem were in Demo, and I dont whant to see this problem in Release/ That is why i check, Anyway this ban deprived me of the opportunity play not only multiplayer but also single.
For this I bought for
game $ 60? (This is a very expensive game by the standards of our country)

Did you pay by credit card? File a chargeback. If you paid by Paypal, start a claim and say it didn't work. You'll get your money back.
