I have a feeling those who were looking for their new game supplier after the game fiasco will be flooding to the wonderful shopto. Seems they've used this as a great opportunity to deliver.

cant they give straight answers like a definate date on when its gonna be dispatched and why cant they let us choose special delivery so we can track the order.

And some wonders why people are loosing their jobs, with this kind of crappy service no wonder people stop buying, that's 2 place I won't order ever again (That is, if it doesn't arrive for Friday).

Now I remember why I stopped using Play in the first place.
I had hoped that after their buyout they might have goten their act together but nope, doesn't look like it.

I'm guessing they don't offer the option if it's a pre-order as I looked and couldn't find another option as well. GAME started doing this aswell recently.<_<

No they dont for preorders....you will find when preordering all you get the the standard free delivery option.
I even called them right after ordering and asked them if i could upgrade delivery to express and they told me all preorder are the same delivery as they aim to dispatch for release date no matter what.

For some reason everything they send out takes a lot longer than most places. Their dispatch time is woeful.
I ordered 800 MS Points (which promised 24 hour delivery as it was in stock) on 1st March and I've received it today, in fact about an hour ago AFTER the postman has been via a courier? I didn't pay for the courier but it still came by one.
So odd.
But yes, it was "Processing in the Warehouse" from about 30 minutes after I ordered and paid for it and was dispatched yesterday.
Try ShopTo..There was a note on the order page stating EA had said they cannot send out ME3 before 7th March...I found out they dispatched my order at 9am this morning, sent me a text and email confirming it...now that's service.
