mine hasnt dispatched either
my last 2 pre orders from play were brink and LA noire, brink arrived on time..... LA noire arrived a week after release.....
so i have no idea how it works at play.com when it comes to pre orders x(

How did you find that out?  Mine is due for delivery today too.

Edit: ooo ooo - nevermind.  Found it on the email.

I never got an email from play about courier delivery, I took the tracking number off my order history and put it in DPD's tracking page.

I been On the Phone with play today as Mine was supposed to of been delivered Yesterday but between them and DPD it seems have disappeared, and i have to wait 5 days before they will do anything.

So either hopefully it magically shows up somewhere or its lost, im in for a long wait for mine and it was Dispatched on the 7th for a next day on the 8th.

On the Plus side i got my DLC lol

Tracking Says exactly the same as it did on 7th I did recieved and email for the Delivery on the 8th but no email about and hour window.

I email DPD and to there credit they were pretty swift, they said they hadnt recieved it, I contacted play today and they have sent it so its in limbo somewhere.

But play wont Do anymore till 5 days are past so just have to hope it gets picked up somewhere.

Me too - installing now.  Must check on the pre-order thing though since there's a problem with importing ME1 made faces, I think I might wait for the fix and try out multiplayer first.

Immortal if they are sending it through DPD you can change the delivery date on their website to something more convenient
