In one of my multiplayer games, there was a Drell Adept, everytime he used reave or his biotic skills in general, my game would start playing this weird warping noise on a loop, it would stop when I alt+tab out but of course it would come back soon since we are in the middle of a fight. Very very irritating.
One a little more subtle but was hoping would be fixed from the demo, is when Nova is used in multiplayer. It would create sort of a popping noise. It seems to have grown into biotic explosions as well, but that happens only occasionally...
Strange Sound Glitches/abnormalities...

I've also noticed that when my quarian engineer's turret explodes while using the flame thrower, the flamethrower sound effect lingers through out the fight. There appears to be some limit though, as after 5-6 times it stopped stacking the sound. Still very irritating...
Oh and I'm using an Asus XONAR Essence STX sound card if that makes a difference, running it through optical out, 5.1 sound.
