So the mission she gives is to use a series of consoles - unfortunatly i "used" the first console and got an additional blurb of audio but the mission itself didnt update so its still pointing me to the same console.  I found other consoles in the Citidel that are related (because they highlight), but they are also apparently unuseable.

Is anyone else having a similar problem with this or any other mission?  Any suggestions other thatn back tracking saves (which is no longer an option im afraid)?

Yeah I'm having a similar problem. I can't access the first terminal.

When I first got this mission, I was able to use the terminal in the Embassies, but the little quest tracker thingy on the screen wouldn't de-select it after I used it. I then loaded a game, and now I can't interact with it at all(or any of the other Terminals for the quest).

Same happened to me, However i was going off the citadel anyway.

But after returning to the Mission/quest after doing other things around the galaxy there was a guard standing at the terminal, Speak to him and he allows entry to the room directly behind to progress with the rest..

First terminal bugged, cant enjoy Katsumi......

After a couple of reloads I managed to do the mission - but there is another issue with Kasumi, I posted it as well.

had to push out that D1 DLC though...
