Hey, I'm not sure if this has come up or not, but Kasumi was my favourite DLC character so I rushed to get her in my team for ME3. However, I suppose I got her after I did my playthrough since she did not appear in the quest.
I checked my ME2 team about a month ago and she survived (I guess since she never really fought in it). Is there no way I can get her on the team? I have only one account to import and it was my main from ME1 and 2.

Kasumi as far as I know is not a permanent squad member in ME3.
However all ME2 characters do appear in ME3 providing they survived in ME2 - but how they appear is for you to find out.

I'm disappointed too as she is also my favourite character. I used her in practically every mission. Her Deadly Shadow Strike was just 'deadly' lol and she had an awesome personality (liked her back story).

Kasumi has the highest survival rate in ME2.
