I swear I've heard that EXACT voice before, I just can't think of who...I might hazard at guess at it being Lance Reddick best known from Fringe, because I've heard him play African characters, so, the accent sounds right, but hey, please, enlighten me.

Sounds like my mate Kieran from Kenya, he was at my place when I first listened to the youtube vid, he was in tears laughing, then starting imitating it. Was awesome. Can't wait to multi with him and have him use the references.

As for actual actor, not sure. I would like to praise this man though.

I noticed there's no VA for Harbinger listed or any VA for a reaper-sounding character. Does this mean there's no reaper conversations? Lame if that's the case. Harbinger is even mentioned quite extensively in the codex...
