I already answered this an hour ago, and the software here CLAIMED the comment had been posted.  It was lying.

Hardly anyone comes here any more.  But if you can't find anything in the Archives, you need to fill in a complete problem report.  Here is the URL to that sticky:

Game info: Digital Deluxe Download Orgin
ME2 Exe: v1.02
ME2 Launcher: v1.01
ME2 Config: v1.03
ME Uninstall: v1.03

System info:
CPU: i7 920 D0@3.8
Memory 6g
Vcards: GTX 580 SLIx2
OS: win7 64bit home premium
DirextX Version: DirectX 10.0 or later
HD: C: SSD 160gig, E: 2t raid0 HD (game is on this drive)

When I play ME2 and use the spacebar to run or anything else, my game will crash after a little bit of using it over and over. I have moved my Use/Crouch/Run to Left Control, and the crashes stop. But there are things in game the make you use it. Last crash happened in Shadow Broker DLC where I am using the Taxi to chase the bad woman and have to use spacebar for boost.

I have used the search system to look for anything that has to do with spacebar crashes, and 0 finds. So, I have to come here and find away around this, or find what in win7 makes it happen. I had this problem back when I played ME2 after release and fixed it then but cant seem to remember how I did it.

There are only a couple of long-timers still coming by here any more. I didn't see anything in that answer, which doesn't mean someone else won't either.

What keyboard do you have and what programs run with it??

If it is local to the Space bar then I would expect it to be either a hardware issue with the keyboard or a software conflict with the program installed with it, as in usually Logiteck or others use special programs for their keyboards.
