I'm not having a problem with my save game files that are being reported in other threads but I'm unable to import my "face" from ME1 and ME2. All my save game files are in the same folder on my C drive from all my Bioware games, please help me resolve this issue as my faith in Bioware and its products is being sorely tested.

Apparently, it only matters to me.
I started a save game and took a screen shot of my Shep and then used it to select my features in ME3. Took about an hour to get it close but it should have imported without the hassle.

It matters to me also... Fiddled with face creator for about an hour but just couldn't get the nose right... Am at work now, hoping to find solution but, alas, looks like we are either the only ones with that problem or nobody else cares about appearance continuity...

I had that happen to me, i found that it did this if you had scars on your face, as you notice no codes for in me3

Good news, Chris has posted they are working to correct this issue and once they have optioned the endings, I may be ready to return to the game. I know better than to be one of the early players as the games are better at the end of the first year although the MP's are usually dead by then.
