So im 18 hours into the game and there hasnt even been much talking between us. Did i miss something? Visited her in the hospital, gave her a gift, joined me after cerberus attacked citidal, joined her when she went to see her sister. Other than that though she really doesnt even have conversations with me, its just the 1 line no reply crap all the time regarding the most recent misson. Does i just need to be farther in the game before anything at all happens. Just finding it odd that almost 20hours in and not even one thing menetioning the prior romance.

Same exact circumstances for me. I'm also 20 hours in or so.

Well im hoping that i just takes a long time then. Just find it funny i stayed faithful all through ME2 and nothing happens yet, meanwhile i have already gotten the flirt/romance options for every other female character on the ship pop up in dialoge.

Same thing has happened to me, though I'm not quite as far (just had her join the crew).
I'm a little concerned however, because despite deflecting a lot of flirt/romance options from the other characters,  Matriarch Aethyta  made mention to me being Liara's boyfriend.

Has anyone experienced this and ultimately completed the Ashley romance sideplot?

Before you attack the Cerberus base, she will come to you to have a moment.

I think there were several times to develop the relationship
1. Mars
2. Hospital - Unconcious
3. Hospital - Bed ridden and bruised - Give her gift
4. Hospital - Out of Bed - Going to be a spectre
5. - Meeting in the cafe
6 Moment with sister
7. Comes to you before you attack Cerberus

Cool, just had the meeting at the cafe on the presidium. The way I played things the meeting came long after the memorial with the sister (4 or 5 missions after). Meeting at Cafe came right before the final geth base attack for me.

So I didn't realize that I could give her a gift in the hospital. Do you think I will still be able to romance her?
