Guys I need help. I entered my N7 collector's edition code on Origin and
all I got was the option to download the game, Soundtrack and N7
Collector's Edition Materials though I have no idea what this includes.
Where is From the Ashes DLC??? Please if someone frm Bioware could
answer it would be much appreciated. There was only 1 code in the box. I
am in UK by the way

It should be on a card that says "Activate Your Collector's Edition Content" at the top. On the back is information about free items in Kingdoms of Amalur: Reckoning. It's in the steelbook that the game discs are in (which should also be where you found the code to download the game).

For em that code did not work. it said invalid or already redemed code.

Thats the code I used and it activated the game, Collector's Edition Materials and soundtrack but no From The Ashes. What a huge disappointment. Bioware hasn't even bothered helping. Sigh...

The same thing is happening to me. This is getting annoying first origin wouldn't work then the game would not install. Haven't tried playing yet because I want the content loaded first. So far not very happy with Bioware.

Ok I figured it out. Forget about going thru the social network like you had to do previously, you now have to do it thru Origin. Just type in the help search section, Redeem Code and you will see an option listed for the dlc. Just follow the instructions for your platform.
