Honestly not very, if your doing the side quests you should have well over 12 hours+ left in the game plenty more if you take your time, i finished Tuchanka when called it a night on the 5th i only finished the game early this morning, ive only been stopping to sleep and eat lol, one of the few advantages of being unemployed.

What he said, do all the side quests and explore all the systems, the sidequests are a bit more involved thant he old ME1 sidequests

don't quite remember, I thin you're pretty much half through the game maybe 2/5 but I finished the game without resting so I lost the count of time (finished it in 26h54)

 Story wise, the start of Tuchanka is roughly the 25% mark.
