Nope worst ending ever. Totally, I dont even know what happen to my crew.
And what the hell is happening with Joker and the Normandy at the end?
Seriously wtf?
BIOWARE never even appropriatelly answered why the reapers are doing this.
Damm, that was stupid.

Oh, and dont count on a new ending!
Remember the export bugs from Conrad in ME2?
Remember what they said:
''Its too late to go back now''
Even if its not. EA killed them simply.

The game was fun and I liked it but the ending..... f*** honestly 3 games and countless of decisions all wasted. Bioware said that they would be looking at thousands of variables from the previous games but it all ends the same. Now it just feels useless to play ANY of the games because you wont change anything

One thing I'm seeing occassionally is the notion the game was rushed or the dev team didn't try as hard somehow. It's disheartening to see that because I can tell you the development team worked *incredibly* hard on the game, including a ton of personal sacrifice (hours worked, holidays skipped etc). This was a labor of love for the team and we're all very proud of what has been accomplished. There are bugs that got through (face import. we know :( ) but they are being investigated for fixing etc.

Ill just post this dev quote

Dont say they didnt work hard just because you couldnt be with your blue alien at the end. There are many things affected by how you play the game (Krogan survival, pavalen vs thessia, reapers die or retreat, life stays the same or changes forever, sheppard survival, the normandy survival)

Anyone with a critical mind can see at LOT of work was done to make this game

The mass relays are destroyed means  every race helping you  is stuck on Earth. Earth is gonna run out of resouces fast , and without relays it will takes of hunderds to thousands of light years to travel back to original planets. Taking into the account of supplies, they all going to ****ing die, You land on some random planet with your teamate, obviously your going to sire a new empire from that many people. Ofcourse the 12 prothien scientest were too stupid cause you only need 5-6 ppl to resire an entire race on a random planet.
See the how the endind contradicts alot of things.

This was a more a dungeon mission game rather a rpg. You get 2 places to explore and rest are missions. The Normandy and The Cidital. How is that not rushed. In both ME1 and ME2 you could freely explore at least 4-5 "town" planets" and buy stuff at the different stations. The missions , duck behind cover and blast feverything with a rifle( generic to all ME)  notice no imporvements at all. Its using the same engine as Mass Effect 2 (unreal 3) meaning alot of places and building designs could be taken straight from ME2. Do you seriously think producers of the game are going to admit to slacking off? Remeber the recycle dungeons in DA2, obvious the devs didnt talk much about that execpt a couple lines here and there. Choosing to mostly ignore the probelm.
From what I see from the game. No different from ME2 but heck of lot less content than both ME2  and definitly ME1.  There is ONLY 2 PLACES and its an rpg.

Truthly Looks like they just want to be done with ME3 as fast as possible. They actually delayed the release of ME3 by 2 and half mont and this is what we get.

I just think Bioware got carried away with their own hype and ideas and decided to go with whatever they thought was best and not what their consumers (fan base) thought was best. That combined with the fact the ever since they joined forces with EA games it seems things have been a little shortsighted in terms of story archs and production. There are many things about this game 3 that has been good, many improvements, but they lost sight of the story which is the reason we all if not most of us play it.

But this is not a finished version of the game, there will be more DLC to add closure to the franchise I'm sure.

Have you seen this? This is how much my $80 is worth. Seriously would not pay $10 ME3 had I known it was that bad. Cant trust anything bioware says. You know the choose your own story option, they hyped it up that anyone can start a new character and choose decision made in ME1 and ME2 straight at the start and you don't miss anything. There was only 1 option ashley or Kaideon LMAO really all that crap talk for one lousy stoy option lmao.
GIVE ME BACK MY MONEY ! YOU SCAMMERS!

You build a fleet to take back earth and nothing else. You  not conquering planet by planet or city by city.  Where is the content that ME  fans decserve? How is DLC gonna fix the ending unless it has to be rewritten completely? From were the end of ME3 leaves you looks pretty dead to me.   ME3 is step down from ME 2

Yeah I just posted in a thread with that image! I thought it was a fake at first but I first off can't get over how lame tali ended up looking and secondly how obvious it was that it lacked creativity. I know how you feel believe me I am sitting here shaking my head right now while trying not to scream at my television. I think they just forgot who they needed to please, us not themselves. But I can't lie part of me is still holding out hope they will fix this mess with some promising DLC. Not that it will make it better, since Bioware DLC usually doesn't fix much, but it would be nice to have some loose ends tied up.

But not really viable to travel 27 years to visit your aunt on Illium, and it would be hard to maintain any diplomacy between the species. Might as well be the end

Well from mass effect we get the sense that you don't have enough fuel or power to travel that far. It took all your fuel just traveling to solar systems in the same galaxy. Inter-galaxy is nearly impossible without the Mass Relays. You have to play all the mass effects to be truly and utterly disappointed by the ME3.

http://filesmelt.com...ist_of_copy.jpg and this is Hilarius made my day from the horibble ending of which is ME3.

Technical work might be OK yes, but the story has no conclusion. Bioware can tell us they did all kinds of work on this game, and I am sure they did. The story issues are a fact. Objectivly the story flaws are there. Only fanboys who are blind to it refuse to see it. I am a huge ME fan. I bought an xbox 360 just for ME. I bought an original XBOX just for KOTOR. Jade Empire IMO, is amazing. DAO was a great game and the story was very well done.

Then came DA2. Reused areas, no story conclusion, and noting really acomplished in it. ME3 has a great start to it. The story is pretty good. Then you get a ways into it, and you can see the nose dive. It's like they changed writers half way into it and didn't care about the endings or the rest of the games story. Lets also not forget the tali picture issues, and using a google search for end game visuals. The bugs they let get by should never have made it out of beta testing. The QC on this game should be fired.

In the end I just don't see quality from bioware as they presented to us in the past. I used to want another KOTOR(not MMO) and another Jade Empire. I no longer want that. I would rather remember bioware from their days of great story and great game play rather than how they have become.

Hard work is entirely relative. An Indian guy working 20 hours a day would not complain about working too hard. They did not work hard for this because every thing we came to care about is left unfinished and unconcluded. No thought, and no imagination was put into Mass Effect 3, and it shows.

I would avoid DA2/ME3 comparisons if you will. DA2 had a lot more problems and more of a "rushed" feel than this did. And those kinds of comparisons are the kinds of things that insinuate they didn't work hard enough and what have you. Yeah, some pretty glaring bugs got through but there's plenty of those to go around in games these days. More than usual I'd say slipped through though. Sad and unfortunate but acceptable.

I have found (by observation) as they increase their number of writers the story gets slightly more fractured and disjointed. The cohesion begins to falter a bit. It wasn't terribly obvious in ME3 but it was there. I also believe it makes it more difficult to quality control.

While I can share in your passion somewhat from loving their games I wouldn't let it sour you to future releases. Just approach them with more care and caution than you usually do. Prepare your research accordingly. The story has some major plot holes, and it's dissappointing, but it's fairly obvious they worked hard to make a pretty good game leading up to it.

It sours the experience for many of us. I continue to support and suggest contructive criticism about it. But I think it would be best if we limited that to ME3 for now rather than start blanking over Bioware as a whole. They have started moving in a direction I'm not sure I can support but I'd still like to see what they come out with next.

Fail IMO and done with BW games.

There's a reason Tali doesn't show you her face in game. Her "real' face is a photoshopped stock photo, and they were too busy scanning Chobot to do anything original.

Here's the thing right? If they wanted Quarians to look human, how bad
would have been to just scan Tali's VA and add some alien features like
they did with Liara? Bam, no contreversy.

Especially when they already had all that concept art of her face from like, back in ME1!

Feels like Bioware just gave us the finger with a lot of things, guys. The old fans just don't matter anymore.

People, please - make perfect Paragon, max lvl, and you'll see, that Shepard can be saved, if you are about that.

Anyways, This game made me cry. Legion, Mordin, Thane... And actually many times I was laughing, first time in ME3 heard about calibrations and ****in' blew up :D
For those of you who haven't made perfect paragon (lvl50-60/lvl30) in ME1/ME2 - I think you can't feel full experience of the game. Mine game was epic as hell, though too much about that ending - it's just depressing and philosophic - you should think in the end, for smart people - and BioWare thinks we are not so dumb as I see - ending is really interesting.. And much to think about, ME1 ended somehow like ME3, though Shepard didn't die in ME1, and he could stay alive in ME3, but in ME1 we could forgive ending that somehow ends unfinished, but for ME3... I suggest, or there should be some DLC maybe.. for example if your Shepard stays alive, than somehow after original ending something... Some could understand the original ending, ending took too high level.
Anyways, ME3 is the best game I ever played, this is how movies should be made. The only weakness I found was Love storyline, it was more interesting in ME1/ME2 - otherwise - ME2 for example seems like demo to ME3.
9.9/10
Games almost never receive more than 8/10 from me.

The 250 hours I put into 5 play throughs, with a game I lvoed due to it going into directions I had some control over an and then foced fed this crapy ending?

There is 1 ending with a few very small differences to claim there are 8 or 16 is a joke as the important things to "me" are irelivant to BW writers.
